Choose the ordering option that matches your file: order transfers by size, build a gang sheet online, or upload a print-ready gang sheet. Review the size, quantity and pickup or shipping selection before checkout.
Select your location before ordering and confirm the pickup location shown on the storefront and at checkout. Orders are prepared by the location selected when the order is placed.
Most standard DTF transfer orders do not require a large minimum. Choose the product, size and quantity you need; any product-specific minimum will be shown before checkout.
Order by size when you want individual designs in selected quantities. Use the gang sheet builder when you want to arrange several designs on one 22-inch-wide sheet. Upload a print-ready gang sheet only when the layout, sizing and spacing are already complete.
The best size depends on the garment and placement. Adult full-front designs are often wider than youth or left-chest designs. Measure the printable area of the actual garment and order the artwork at its final print size rather than relying on a single size for every shirt.

For the best result, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI. Make sure the artwork is clean, correctly sized and ready to print.
No. Upload the artwork in its normal orientation. Our production workflow prepares it correctly for transfer printing.
Low-resolution artwork can print soft or pixelated. Increasing the file dimensions does not restore missing detail, so review the image carefully or contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Yes. Any visible background in the uploaded artwork may print. Remove white or colored backgrounds unless they are intentionally part of the design.
Yes. Set the artwork to the final width and height you want printed and confirm the size shown in the builder or product options. Enlarging a small raster image does not create additional detail.
DTF can reproduce fine detail, but extremely thin lines, tiny text and isolated dots may not print or adhere consistently. Use readable text, solid shapes and enough thickness for the white underbase and adhesive to support the design.
You may upload a high-quality file, but remember that DTF is produced with CMYK inks plus white. Bright RGB and neon screen colors can shift when converted for printing. If a color is critical, order a small test before a large production run.
A white box or halo usually comes from a background that is not truly transparent, stray pixels or soft semi-transparent edges in the uploaded file. Check the PNG on a contrasting background and remove unwanted pixels before ordering.

Prepare print-ready gang sheets at 22 inches wide. Confirm the selected product length matches the final file dimensions before uploading.
Leave at least 0.25 inch between designs so individual transfers can be separated safely.
Use the online builder when you want to arrange individual designs on the website. Choose the upload option when you already have one complete, correctly sized, print-ready gang sheet.
Arrange every design at its final print size on a 22-inch-wide canvas, leave at least 0.25 inch between designs and select the shortest sheet length that contains the complete layout without clipping.
Yes. Designs can be rotated and repeated to use space efficiently as long as they do not overlap, extend beyond the sheet or reduce the required spacing. Confirm every copy and size before submitting the order.

DTF transfers are heat-applied to compatible garments and fabrics. UV DTF transfers are pressure-applied decals designed for many clean, smooth hard surfaces and do not require a heat press.
UV DTF is generally best for smaller graphics and detailed decals. Very large uninterrupted areas can be harder to apply evenly, so contact us before ordering an oversized design.
DTF commonly works on cotton, polyester and many blends. Coated, waterproof, heat-sensitive, nylon or specialty fabrics can react differently, so check the garment care label and test an inconspicuous area before production.
Often yes, but polyester can scorch or release dye when exposed to heat. Use the lowest effective settings recommended for the transfer, protect the garment and test first. Dye migration is a fabric reaction and may appear after pressing.
UV DTF performs best on clean, dry, smooth and hard surfaces such as glass, acrylic, metal and many rigid plastics. It is not intended for fabric, silicone, heavily textured, oily or porous surfaces. Always test specialty items first.

When available, the $20 Skip the Line option moves an eligible order ahead in the production queue. It does not replace shipping transit time and availability can depend on the order details.
Orders placed before the posted cutoff may qualify for same-day production, but timing depends on order size, artwork readiness, workload and selected services. Wait for the ready notification before traveling to the store.
Contact us immediately. Changes or cancellations may be possible only before production begins. Once an order has been printed, it cannot be canceled.
Production time depends on artwork readiness, order size, current workload and any rush service selected. The estimated production time does not include carrier transit time. Pickup customers should wait for the ready notification.
Use the status link in your order notifications or contact support with the order number. A shipping label or estimated time does not mean a pickup order is ready; wait for the final ready-for-pickup message.
Available quantity pricing is shown on the relevant product page or in the cart. For recurring production or unusually large orders, contact the team with the sizes, quantities and deadline so the correct option can be reviewed.

We will send a ready-for-pickup notification when production is complete. Please do not arrive based only on the estimated completion time.
Contact us as soon as possible. Because locations operate separate production systems, transferring an order may not be possible after production has started.
Come after receiving the ready-for-pickup notification and during the selected location's posted business hours. An order confirmation only means we received the order; it does not mean production is complete.
Yes. Make sure the person has the order number and the name used at checkout. Contact the pickup location in advance if the order requires special authorization or has payment questions.
Tracking is sent when the shipping label is created. Carrier movement can take additional time to appear after the package is handed off. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Use the current instructions included with your order or shown on the relevant product page. Time, temperature and peeling method can vary by transfer type and garment.
Common causes include insufficient pressure, incorrect temperature, uneven heat or using the wrong peel method. Recheck the instructions, verify the press temperature and test another garment when possible.
Follow the instructions supplied with your transfer because film and garment types can vary. A common starting range is 300–310°F for 10–15 seconds with medium-to-firm, even pressure, followed by the recommended peel and finishing press. Test one garment first.
Use the peel method provided with your specific order. If the design begins lifting with the film, stop, lay the film back down and press again. Do not force the peel while the adhesive is not fully bonded.
A commercial heat press gives the most consistent heat and pressure. A handheld press may work on a hard, flat surface with firm, even pressure. Household irons are less consistent and may require overlapping sections; steam must be off.
Wait at least 24 hours after pressing. Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the printed design.

Screen colors and printed CMYK output can differ because displays produce color with light while printing uses ink. Exact matching is not guaranteed, especially with very bright RGB colors.
Send your order number, a clear description, photos of the full item and close-up photos showing the issue. Keep the transfers and packaging until our team completes the review.
Contact support as soon as possible with the order number, package label, quantity received and clear photos. Keep all transfers and packaging while the issue is reviewed so the production and shipment can be verified.
