How to Use the Rewards Popup (Smile.io)

  1. 1

Click the red Rewards button at the bottom-left of any page. The popup opens with your loyalty dashboard.

  2. 2

Create or log into your store account. Use your email to make sure your orders are linked to your points.

  3. 3

Earn points automatically: you get 5 points for every $1 spent (after discounts, before shipping/taxes).

  4. 4

Redeem rewards: inside the popup choose a reward (e.g., “$5 off”). A unique discount code is generated—copy it and paste at checkout.

Value: 100 points = $1 off → effectively about 5% back in rewards on every order.

Points appear shortly after your order is paid/fulfilled.

How you redeem

  • 100 points = $1 off (discount code generated in the popup).
  • Common rewards: $1 (100 pts), $5 (500 pts), $10 (1,000 pts).

Quick examples

Formula: points = order amount × 5; discount ($) = points ÷ 100.
