1. Description of Services

We provide Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers and custom printing services for application on fabrics and other compatible surfaces. We sell both printed transfers and custom t-shirt/apparel products based on user-uploaded designs.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via the method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.). Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

5. Uploading Files

• You affirm that you own the rights to any image uploaded or have the proper license to use it for printing purposes.
• Prints will be made as submitted. We do not adjust or modify uploaded designs. We are not responsible for pixelation, resolution issues, or color mismatch.
• It is your responsibility to upload artwork that meets our Artwork Requirements.
• We reserve the right to reject any file that contains offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

6. Production Times

DTF Transfers:

• 1–10 images: 1–3 business days
• 11–25 images: 3–5 business days
• 26–40 images: 5–10 business days
• 41+ images: 10–20 business days

Custom T-Shirts:

• 1–5 shirts: 3–5 business days
• 6–10 shirts: 5–7 business days
• 11+ shirts: 1–2 weeks

7. Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight Air: 1 business day

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product designs, and materials, are property of www.dtftransferus.com and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.
